The Artist Studio Cottage is a delightful, private beach-side cottage at Belongil Beach, Byron Bay. The cottage is set in a huge private garden and is separated from my House by the art studio (where I paint).

Sleep to the sounds of the surf and wake to the magic of birdsong. The cottage has air-con. The beach, the popular Treehouse cafe and the Belongil Italian are very close. You can walk into town along the beach.

If you are looking for a peaceful break this is the PERFECT spot.

The cottage is cosy and arty… filled with paintings and is totally self contained and very private. The cottage consists of a bed/sitting room, a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom which all open onto the patio and garden (the bathroom is not ensuite).

There is a washing machine and BBQ. The kitchen has all the basics (fridge, toaster, electric jug, stove top, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, etc ). Please note that there is a comfy double size sofa bed in the same bed/sitting room as the main queen size bed.

Beach access is via Manfred St or opposite the cafes. It is just a few metres to the beach. The popular Treehouse Cafe and the Belongil Bistro are just a few doors away and are open daily.

You will have your own access path from the street, and private use of the back garden under the poinsettia tree. You can also use the house clothes-line. You will have off-street parking inside the front fence.
